The Manager in Digital Analytics will be responsible for working closely with Digital Product Managers, Content Strategists, and Marketing Campaign Managers to deliver insights to our audience and overall Digital Experience.
They will be developing and deploying advanced analytics to support Marketing in exploring new segmentation opportunities and effectively measure the value of the organization’s digital initiatives. Further, the Manager will be tasked to support and ideate in designing impactful Test & Learn campaigns that will define and influence our overall Digital Experience.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Generate and deliver actionable, data-driven insights to help drive improvements in our customer experience
Build and maintain predictive models, perform segmentation analyses, and create optimization algorithms to identify desirable target and campaign optimization opportunities
Build and maintain clear/concise recurring reports that measure and track success
Design new metrics and enhance existing KPIs to support the future state of the business
Tell the story - communicate insights and recommendations to business partners and leaders
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Web Analytics tools required (ie. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Experience developing model and non-model based segmentation and targeting required (experience in financial services industry a plus)
Ability to process clean data - transformations and categorical variable coding
Comfort with applied data sciences (such as statistics, applied math, physics, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python a plus
Experience in big data, machine learning, and data mining a plus
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline required
