The Director of Field Service will be responsible for the creation and implementation of a strategy to enhance and grow the aftermarket repair, maintenance, and overhaul business. The position is responsible for new business development in the marketplace, including the six Navy maintenance regions, and optimizing customer satisfaction. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Field Service will also be responsible for providing strategic leadership and focus critical to achieve our strategic objectives.

§ Responsible to develop and implement a clearly defined aftermarket repair, maintenance, and overhaul business strategy including a parts and spares stocking, delivery and pricing strategy
§ Manage and oversee all operational elements of the Field Service Business to optimize customer satisfaction while executing to key metrics
§ Continue to develop and grow the Aftermarket Business and align priorities with the overall business
§ Lead a multifaceted team encompassing operations and technical service
§ Leverage technology in the implemented strategy to ensure a robust, efficient and scalable foundation
§ Develop, in business partnership with Accounting & Finance, annual sales and gross profit and inventory budgets, along with the strategies and tactics to achieve them
§ Communicates and presents critical data, reports summaries, market analysis, and strategic recommendation to all levels of the organization
§ Continually aligns with peers to ensure shared strategic goals are met
§ Ensures compliance with all companies’ policies and procedures
