Job Description:

An ADMITTED attorney to manage NEGLIGENCE CASES: Motor Vehicle, Trip and fall and Construction Accidents.
The Associate will be responsible for meeting with clients, commencing lawsuits, Bills of Particulars, Plaintiff and Defendant Depositions, Pleadings, Expert Witness Disclosure, Trial preparation, Mediation and resolving cases.
Looking for a candidate that wants a career and a place to call home.
Looking for a 'Type A" personality that is not afraid to zealously advocate for their client.
Further qualities that are wanted are: hard working, dedicated, eager, passionate, aggressive and fearless.
The candidate will be assigned one paralegal to assist them in managing a case load.
The candidate must be able to pay close attention to detail, be organized, and strive for perfection.
Experience In Personal Injury Is Preferred.
