Job Summary:

The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and fostering a positive work environment. This role involves staff supervision, financial management, and community engagement to drive branch success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.​

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor staff, promoting professional development and high performance.​

  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.​

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, including community outreach and promotional events.​

  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control to ensure profitability.​

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a service industry (hospitality, restaurant, retail, Customer Service, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) with a proven track record in management or supervisory roles.​

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.​

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.​
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
    • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.​
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.​
    • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Training:

A comprehensive 30-day training program will be provided to familiarize the Branch Manager with company systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.​
