We are seeking a high-performing 360 IT Recruiter who sells, recruits, and delivers from the desk and brings deep expertise in a defined IT niche. This is a revenue-driving role for a recruiter who knows their market, understands trends, and can confidently close both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business within your IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers; act as a market SME
Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Meet or exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, submittals, starts, revenue)
Qualifications:
5+ years 360/full-desk IT recruiting experience
Proven success within a specific IT niche (e.g., Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP)
Strong sales, sourcing, and closing skills
Competitive, self-directed, metrics-driven
