Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Sales Associate in luxury retail goods. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Training on our products will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new client relationships and nurture existing relationships with consistent communication and follow-up.
- Greet and assist clients in our showroom
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Prepare sales quotes and invoices
- Respond to incoming calls and web inquiries
- Qualify and assist new leads via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Assist in maintaining the aesthetics, organization, and overall standards of the showroom
- Stays up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5 years inside sales or high-end retail experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school degree or equivalent; BS degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Experience in the sale of luxury goods is also a plus
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- An ‘artistic eye’ and knowledge of or, flare for interior design (highly desired)
- Must be friendly, energetic, and passionate about building long-term relationships with our customers
- Additionally, this individual must be able to self-start, possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), be organized, anticipate and troubleshoot client needs, and be highly motivated.
- The ability to carry samples to meetings with clients and the willingness to do so.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrable success in closing sales in a luxury goods retail environment.
- Ability to excel in a commission-based setting.
Salary information:
- Hourly / Commission + Bonuses.
