Under general direction, coordinates assigned projects to meet cost, quality, and schedule
objectives.
Distinguishing Characteristics
This position is distinct in terms of the required level of expertise in project management, contracts, Water and Energy Department operations, engineering (civil, electrical, or information systems engineering), the management of multiple business disciplines (accounting, economic analysis, financing, and marketing), and in communication skills.
Progression to the next level is not automatic and will depend on vacant positions at the higher level.
The incumbent may be required to provide information on projects to Board of Directors, Advisory Committees or other related committees
