Customer Service Representative - Fully Remote

Fully remote role. Candidates will live in South Carolina, Michigan or Texas
For any sales or service role, new hires get $1,500 sign on bonus at first pay check and then $1,000 at 6 months of hire.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will: Represent our client by providing exceptional service to existing customers and engaging in consultative conversations. You will process service and sales transactions and ensure customers’ needs are met via inbound and outbound calls to address a variety of customer inquiries which include but are not limited to processing payments, resolving billing issues, policy change requests and completing new insurance applications.  You will review customer’s current insurance needs and are expected to make recommendations that address the customer’s needs while also promoting business growth and goal achievement with competitive, industry-leading life insurance and other financial products.

What you will be doing: 

  • Must be able to type while talking to customers to document and complete sales applications
  • Must be able to use two monitors simultaneously while consulting customers to access customer information and sales systems
  • Will be required to use a headset to converse with customers

Experience you will need:

  • Life and Health Insurance license preferred but not required at time of hire (Will be required to obtain Life and Health Insurance license (training provided by employer) within first 2 weeks of employment)
  • Remote Position
  • MUST live in Michigan, Texas or South Carolina
  • Must have 1-2 years Call Center and/or Customer Service Experience
  • Sales experience a definite PLUS
  • Strong phone and computer skills
  • Excellent PC, data entry and word processing software skills
