Business Development Specialist (Pre-Fab) - Remote, USA

General Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Prefab business within the company
  • Exceed all revenue and profit goals that are set for with the prefab initiative 
  • Work with all selling resources across the company to gain market share
  • Develop and train all direct sales resources as well as agent selling resources to ensure the success at the field level
  • Provide detailed market insights to the product team to assist with direction of the product and program in order to be successful 
  • Provide key insights from targeted voice of customer to ensure the program continues to develop and keep up with trends as they move
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred 
  • 3-5 years of outside sales or management experience in the electrical market, along with experience selling to: contractors, OEM's, and engineers. 
  • 3-5 years in Electrical Prefabrication required
  • Ability to collaborate throughout multiple levels of the organization 
  • Ability to develop a strategic plan, develop KPI's, and execute against them
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field required
  • 3-5 years of outside sales or management experience in the electrical market, along with experience selling to: contractors, OEM's, and engineers. 
  • 3-5 years in Electrical Prefabrication required
