Director, Project Finance

What you’ll do:

Creating financial models, including tax equity partnership models
Assisting in drafting internal approval memos
Building Financial modeling in Excel & PowerPoint
Ad hoc financial analysis to support and guide decision making and negotiations
Coordinating and conducting all due diligence review and delivery internally and externally with third party vendors
Creating and managing acquisition and project financing closing checklist
Manage the NDA process and draft letter of intent for the transaction
Maintaining internal project management tools and tracking milestones
Conducting industry research, including competitor analysis, market studies
Tracking major industry news and logging key metrics in internal database

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

2-4 years project finance, investment banking, valuation advisory or other related experience
1+ years of Investment manager or investment banking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Proficiency in Financial modeling, Tax & credits
Good understanding of the renewables industry
Bachelors degree
