Stamford, CTWhat you’ll do:
- Creating financial models, including tax equity partnership models
- Assisting in drafting internal approval memos
- Building Financial modeling in Excel & PowerPoint
- Ad hoc financial analysis to support and guide decision making and negotiations
- Coordinating and conducting all due diligence review and delivery internally and externally with third party vendors
- Creating and managing acquisition and project financing closing checklist
- Manage the NDA process and draft letter of intent for the transaction
- Maintaining internal project management tools and tracking milestones
- Conducting industry research, including competitor analysis, market studies
- Tracking major industry news and logging key metrics in internal database
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- 2-4 years project finance, investment banking, valuation advisory or other related experience
- 1+ years of Investment manager or investment banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Proficiency in Financial modeling, Tax & credits
- Good understanding of the renewables industry
- Bachelors degree
