Must Haves: CYBERSECURITY, Net-New, success
Knock Outs: hops (RECENT TENTURE SHOULD AVERAGE 3 YEARS, no sales hunting, too senior, they don't want large companies experience

Referred Candidate Expectations:

  1. Your candidate will be active with an updated resume and contact information (email and cell). Any compensation details would be helpful (per State laws). I will also look at any LI profile as previews.
  2. The candidate(s) will fit the profile as outlined in the job posting, and will not have any extended job hops, or obviously red flags (i.e., no software experience).
  3. Once I approve the possible fit, you should give my name to them as your recruiting partner. Any candidate introduction is appreciated.

Qualifications: They are looking for a Sr. AE with the following skills:

  • 8+ years of relevant Software (SaaS) Industry Experience
  • Candidates must be experienced with cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
  • Experience in closing large enterprise six-figure deals and selling into the CIO
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota with 100% net-new work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
